Don't bother. They will overcharge you and you will end up waiting at the airport for a shuttle. I waited close to 40 minutes when they promote every 10-15 mins. Every other competitor had multiple shuttles that passed. If you decide to speak with the management there, they will dismiss you and not listen because they ultimately don't care. Save yourself a hassle and save money by going to anyone else but them

I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle around 3pm on a Thursday. I saw many other shuttles pass by multiple times while waiting for the Wally Park shuttle. When one did pass, it did not stop at the pick up area! That's when I decided to call to see what's up. The customer service agent said he would expedite the pick up and that the shuttle I saw likely did not stop because either it was full or it was having engine troubles...whatever. The garage itself is nice. There are cloth dividers between each parking space to prevent dinging a car when you open you doors, I assume. I was in a rush and Wally Park was not reliable so I will likely go with another shuttle service in the future.

Something has happened to their service. Waited almost 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up at Terminal 7. The competition across the street, had over 5 shuttles during this period.

Charge more than everyone else. The parking garage is very nice. However we landed at midnight and the shuttle took almost 20 minutes to get to us. Meanwhile nearly every other garage had shuttles pass us 3 to 4 times. On top of that the lady on the phone at Wally park lied and said the driver was late because of traffic. There was no traffic, I checked Google maps. Not worth it.
