This facility is very warm and inviting, the owner is a RN, she goes the extra mile to make sure her residents needs are met. she is not a gambleholic, she personally greets her staff and Residents with a warm caring heart and a smile. She has never taken advantage of any of her Residents, nor has any of the residents been neglected or abused . each resident has their own private room. Each room has the residents own personal touch to make them feel at home. Most of the residents have been their for a very very long time and their family members are at ease knowing that their loved one is well loved and care for.

Our Mother has been living at Polly's for the past 9 months, and during that time she has had exceptional care. This however comes as no surprise to us since our Mother told us that when she needed more help she wanted to live at Polly's. Mom was also in a unique position to make this request as she served as the Washington State Ombudsman who regularly visited Polly's to insure that residents were healthy, well treated and safe. Our Mother knew the kind of wonderful care that Polly and her whole staff provide. All I can say is Mom wasn't wrong!!

Just cannot say enough good things about Polly's AFH. The staff consists of seasoned veterans who do a wonderful job, always there to assist the residents with a warm smile and helping hands. Our ninety-one year old Mother has lived at two other care facilities in Clark County. The care she receives at Polly's is far superior to that which she was subjected to at Glenwood Memory Care where staff turnover and apathy was continuous. Unlike Glenwood, Polly and her staff take resident's vitals on a daily basis and are in constant contact with health care providers. On several occasions our Mother's blood pressure was low and as such, the doctor's office was contacted and blood pressure medications held. This kind of professional care is what sets Polly's apart from the rest. Polly's AFH has been a leader in elder care for a number of years and continues to provide exceptional care. Polly's integrity and that of her whole staff is beyond reproach. If you place a loved one in their care, you can be assured they will be treated in a respectful, dignified manner.
