Horrible place that takes advantage of residents. This adult family home is very sad the residents seem very unhappy. Polly is taking advantage of elderly people they rented a room to a family member of mine for 3,000 dollars a month that was no bigger then my bathroom and she was storing things in the room that didn’t belong to my family member. They take the residents items and sell them. They cook food for the residents that is bottom of the barrel food. The staff as well as Polly take residents food stamps card and use there food stamps and manipulate them into thinking she can’t afford things. They also say that they take you shopping for free and take you to get your meds that is a lie she manipulates the residents into buying food for the home and for her staff’s home! Polly will manipulate the residents into keeping there family away.
It is an adult family home with residents living there that need assistance with their day-to-day cares. It is owned and operated by a registered nurse with trained caregivers. They allow in-home doctors to visit their patients, including Crown Health. The patient must enroll separately for in-home doctors visits with an outside company.
