The staff is wonderful at this location! Nintendo has issues with their controllers frequently and they’ve always been so helpful in replacements and solutions when issues arise. Blake has been my go-to whenever I need help with complicated issues, but I’m sure the rest of the staff would help me just the same! Definitely worth it to get the warranties at this store. They’re always so friendly and I genuinely enjoy chatting with the staff. Would recommend this location for all your gaming desires.

Very frustrating, I went in over 2 weeks ago to order a ps4 controller for a Christmas present. For one the young gentleman who helped me didn't seem like he even wanted to be there and told me the system was down and he'll have to put my order in once it's up again that day. I told him thank you and left. Well, I hadn't heard anything as of yesterday and went back to the store thinking it was there and they just forgot to call me. The other gentleman helped and said it should have been sent to my house. Well it wasn't and as he looked up my information he tells me there was no order. No sorry no nothing. All I could do is shake my head and swore to myself I would never come back. 😐
