Doctor sent my NECESSARY medication to the wrong pharmacy and THIS pharmacy refused to transfer the script to the right one because it was never picked up once in Klamath. So in other words they threw a fit over not getting the sale and now I'm without my daily meds over the weekend. I will NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!!

Pharmqcy Review

I called to get a life saving prescription transferred to a different pharmacy while out of town. I called and was told the other pharmacy needed to be the one to call. I got that place of business to try to contact Walmart Pharmacy, but no one would answer. So I called and said no one could get through, and so they needed to call the pharmacy I was trying to get my medicine transferred to. I was berated by the pharmacist and hung up on. I will be contacting HR and corporate.

Amazingly I did not have to stand in line for an hour it only took approximately 5 to 10 minutes as they have got five different windows that you can get your prescription from so it is quick

I went to pick up 7 prescriptions at Wal-Mart yesterday. I was waiting outside in the pickup parking since I have cancer and don't want to be around others. I called the pharmacy, told them my name, etc. I was transferred to a Hispanic female who obviously is unable to type. She told me she needed to type the info into the computer, still fine. But after telling her FOUR times my birth date, address, driver's license number, she finally got outside. As she came up to my car, she said, "Don't ever talk to me like that again"! I asked her how did I talk to her and she wouldn't answer me. I will find another pharmacy where they employ competent help.
