Shout out to Jon from tech support...this man even called me back the next day to make sure everything was still working...10/10 definitely deserves a raise in my opinion

Friendly staff though somewhat short handed. The technician tested but could not pinpoint the issue, he opened a ticket with PUD. PUD came out and diagnosed issue with fiber termination point. Clean, simple fix. Good fiber ISP.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I've been dealing with the internet dropping for 3 weeks now. They never return phone calls and they never send a tech out. The "customer service" departments solution was to disconnect my internet "tomorrow" because I'm unhappy. Of course, managers, techs, etc. are "not available" every time I call. I do a live video show every weekend and we interview a range of best selling authors, film makers, etc. etc. When my connection drops during a show it taints our professional image. The internet cable is plugged into the computer (no WIFI). Everything was working great until about a month ago when we had a huge storm. I am going to switch to another provider first thing in the morning.

Yes we're out too, it would be nice to get notice if it's a planned outrage. It's been happening a lot lately.

Should my speed be changing from like 81 to 135 all within 10 minutes. No one using WiFi in home?

I do and I agree can't do much without buffering.

I am trying to set my remote to my TV I pushed the TV button and then the set up button and pushed the 990 all it does is change the channel what am I doing wrong? Thank you

You need to hold the setup button until the tv light blinks twice.
