Medical case manager, docote I called before the prescription was sent and ensured that it was in stock and that the pharmacy took my insurance. The doctor called and confirmed pharmacy before calling in the prescription. The doctor's office called again to say they had sent the prescription. However, the pharmacy said they had only 2 out of 10 prescriptions and could only fill 1. I waited a few days for them to fill it, but this was the result. If possible, I will not return to this pharmacy. I will update if a resolution is attempted or made or if we find the cause of the missing prescriptions.

I've been here twice for prescriptions this past year and both times have been incredibly frustrating. The pharmacy staff isn't friendly at all and act as if you aren't worth their time. It seems their estimates as to when the medication should be ready are always off by several hours and on top of that they make you wait an hour just to tell you it's not ready. With terrible customer service from the pharmacy I highly recommend you find somewhere else to send your medicine and prescriptions! I do feel bad about the 1 star because the front end employees are actually good at their job and helpful when trying to locate an item but the pharmacy is just that bad. This was the second and last time I'll be giving my business here.

Very bad service the pharmacy is so unprofessional been waiting for 2 days to get my prescription fill first they told me my doctor didn’t sent the prescription then the next day they said they still didn’t receive nothing then my doctor calls and the prescription has been there since the prior day looks like they wrote it but forgot to fill it this was on Saturday around 2 then my doctor tells me to wait for them to call me but they never did and there goes another day with my kids sick and this incompetent pharmacist couldn’t fill a prescription that they have had since 48 hrs. This is for sure the last time I go there an most definitely don’t recommend going there.horrible service rude pharmacist never answer the phone and they leave you waiting for a long time. Never go there

The store looked gloomy maybe because the lights weren't really bright. Their prices weren't great and we stopped by because my mom-in-law was looking for a cat toy. The store was easy to see from streets and the traffic wasn't really an issue since this store located very strategically in the corner and when we pulled out from the store as simple as that. The cashier was helpful and trying to help us as much as he could. I hope they changed the lights or make the store more bright and pleasant.
