Today I was in this laboratory with my two-year-old son, who had an appointment today at 10 in the morning. I had to meet a woman, the most horrible thing, I don't know her name, but she is of Cuban origin. It is not the same to attend to an adult than to a baby. if they are not trained to care for children of this age they are in the wrong place it was so important to me to see how my son cared for me that I did not let her finish doing the lab tests

Horrible, those people made waste 3hours of my time. Everybody working there was unprofessional from the front desk worker to the person doing the test.The front desk person was playing favorite letting people who had just arrived WITHOUT appointment pass before those who were there waiting. The place is not big enough. The lady performing the test was not changong her gloves.
