They do however if you are not a unincorporated Dade County homeowner paying waste fee's to the Miami Dade County solid waste department you are not allowed to use the Moody T&R center. It's easy to know if your paying those waste fee's. On the lower right hand corner of the tax bill you will see a section that depicts waste fee. Another way to tell is if your using a green and blue Miami Dade solid waste EZ-go cart. F.Y.I. If you're living in an complex check with your property manager. It's the law to have a recycling program for business and multi-unit residential property in Dade County. You can call 311 to report not having any recycling programs. I hope this helps.
