This place have been giving me trouble since I got my Hyundai Tucson 2011 They keep working on my car when I clearly told them something is wrong with the engine splish and splash send me to j over Five times I still have the issues I didn't want the car as soon as it starts leaking oil And staling I left to Texas for 20 I come back they said they fix on the 19 Today my engine light comes on and now the lady tells me I have to take it to j on Monday it's easy to take the customer money But a mission to get service for your car I've been trying to give this car back or trade I dont feel safe in this car and they have not done anything but keep giving me more problems while taken my money This place I can't even talk to someone to help me I try calling over and over no one pick up They forced me to keep this car

The Hispanic lady Elaine is very unprofessional. She have no customer service skills no social skills and no business smarts. Whomever is the owner of this car lot really needs to go have a talk with them. You ask to speak to the manager or owner and he/ she are never avaliable. The women that's in charge of this lot I'd stealing money and making the customers replace by lying. They also have their customers pay for insurance that is so bogus. The department of motor vehicles said on the car is covered but you have to pay for the insurance. That's illegal and fraudulent.

Please start reporting them to the BBB of Florida (Better Business Bureau)! Cars don’t go through full inspections, they’ll sell a car they just received & haven’t inspected it. When you need to speak to them, they’re never Available to take your call & only accept calls from those who owe. Also… ALL vehicles are over the asking market price.

Hi I bought a car here dodge avenger at the beginning of sounds great everything they were saying that they well fix the car w.e proplems it had they have a contract with a mechanic shop that always say they put new parts it never did I wasted over 1600 dollars on fixing my car cause the mechanic people didn't like working so and the people at splish and splash well not help you if you have a big proplem with the car make sure you take your mechanic first cause these people take your money and you still gotta fix your own car I went in to the dealer asking for help cause they gave me a horrible car and all they had to say was do you have another down payment so just by me saying that they took my money they took my car so plz don't go here you well be disappointed go at your own risk people in the office are nice when you about to buy a car but once you leave with the car it's a done deal they don't care no more and they only have messed up cars I know somebody got a car there also there engine blew few days after and they ain't care
