Had a rented cotton candy machine for a fundraiser by a parent in our scout troop. The bowl was pretty beat up and didn't fit the motor, which made the sugar get down by the motor and smoke. They don't offer a cover that helps the air flow to spin the candy. And they sent sent it with a bad cord. They did bring us a different power cord but when called to ask questions, the lady in the rental area was snotty and not willing to take advice for future renters. Said she'd "be sure to tell the owners." Needless to say, I will not be renting again from this company nor recommend them to any one else.

They moved across the street, easy to miss, but you'll find it eventually. I went in looking for a photography prop, but they didn't have what i was looking for. I went to hobby lobby instead and made my own.

We don't use them but maybe 1 to 2 times a hear when we hot Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. They make it easy, They load and unload it all for you. Awesome service

We rented the dunk tank for the 4th of July and at the time I know they had us pick up early because of how overworked the staff was. Soooo, I figured they must not have gotten around to cleaning the dunk tank before we rented it. Well, we rented it again for this Labor Day weekend and let me tell you this tank is disgusting...INSIDE AND OUT. Before we could use it we had to clean the inside and it still had floating crud in it when we got it filled. The outside was dirty and as for the yellow sign on the side it had so much black road oil on it. Truly embarrassing to have this at an event. We won't be renting from you again.
