I don’t usually consider writing reviews for public storage places but wow! I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service I got from both Jeff and Shaunan. I’ve had a unit at this location for about a year now and the whole property looks so much better than it did the last time I was in about 6 months ago. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone moving forward. Amazing job, guys!

Location is in a bad neighborhood and that brings in difficult circumstances for me and especially for the manager of Public Storage. At times the sanitary conditions are repulsive. PS really should have a second employee helping out with cleaning and appearance. The number buttons on the entry code boxes are sticky and filthy.

Facility was clean and located in a good area. Anthony our customer service representative is amazing great customer service. He helped with all our needs. Thank you Anthony. We would rent here again if the need ever arises again.
