I have to change my review! From 5* to 1 *. Ive been back 3 other times, and 2 X no manager! I wanted to put $40 on my catd again and receive the $10 bonus- instead i tried it on my own & no xtra bonus! Also, the dryers -i use the large ones, are ruining my clothes!! They come out more tattered on straps etc, and FULL of those nasty clumps of lint, etc. Impossible to pick them off- it would take forever! I will put xtra dryer sheets in, use smaller dryers to use up my card $. Then, if my dryer is still broken Im finding a new, well rated mat. What a shame & loss of clothes. I cant afford to replace the last load i did!😢
