Came in at 6:30 this morning to get breakfast online says open at 6 waited in the drive thru for about 45 no luck drove back around someone took my order went to the window and nobody was there very upset and unpleased with them tried calling and it rings like it's busy then hangs up....

This is my local Del Taco. I stop here for the Thursday special and always “Go Bold.” I will occasionally stop by for breakfast but they never have coffee so I took a star off for that. The food is cheap and tasty so I can’t complain really. If I’m not ordering breakfast, I usually order the chicken soft tacos and bean and cheese burritos, which you really can’t mess up. They’re pretty generous with the sauces too, which I can’t say for their competing chain called Taco 🔔. Pro-tip: GO BOLD Thank me later 👌

I went to the drive-through and was told to wait.. 10 minutes later I'm finally able to try and place an order. I tell them I would like a milkshake and they tell me that their ice cream machine is down for cleaning. You should probably lead with that and save your customers some time

This location is awesome. It's very clean and it's set up well. When I first arrived I was greeted by a very happy associate who acknowledged me right away even though there was another customer in line ahead of me. When it was my turn, he greeted me again and asked how could he help me. I ordered the special from the app and he scanned the QR code right away. He suggested some upsells which I took. He processed my transaction fast and handed me my receipt. The food was up within a few moments. The fries where fresh, hot and crispy. The Beyond Tacos where outstanding, just like every other time I've stopped here. The ambience with the music is upbeat and I really do like the music.
