The Popeyes I went to didn't know how to make an Arnold Palmer, so he guy blatantly lied and said they didn't have lemonade. The buffalo ranch sandwich barely had any sauce on it. So little sauce that I only knew there was some because the color of sauce was on the bun and a spot on the chicken patty. Besides those negatives, this restaurant is quick, friendly and usually very precise and don't make mistakes. I'm not sure what happened.

This location is at Higley and Baseline. I have shopped here once before using the mobile app. The first experience was less than stellar. After reaching out to customer service the error on my first order was rectified by a coupon to insure my return. I decided to take another chance with this establishment, and to my chagrin this location failed to provide timely service for another online order. When I arrived to pickup my order I was asked to pull around for a short wait. The issue is lies in the inconvenience of pre-ordering and not having food ready. Then hearing the line cook complain about the size of the order. If ordering ninety-six chicken tenders is too much for online ordering please remove the option. I am leaving this review so others may know what to expect. Is it customary to not place the receipt for app orders in the bag?

I’ve given this location several attempts however they never get my order right. Tonight I ordered 4 combos and before I drove off I checked my bag. I knew it looked fairly incomplete. My order was two popcorn shrimp meals, five piece tenders only and two 3 piece wing combo (spicy) I asked for coleslaw with one order and fries with another (popcorn shrimp). What I actually received was one 3 piece wing meal, popcorn chicken and five piece tender with biscuits. WTH??? I had to go back in to have the order replaced. This was the fourth consecutive time they messed up my order and the food wasn’t that great. I used to love Popeyes chicken. I’m done. Maybe I’ll try KFC again.

The food looked the part but did not make a very good impression. The server was pleasant and professional when we interacted with her inside of the restaurant. The restaurant lobby and restrooms were clean. The service to deliver our food to go was a bit slower than preferred. Which was surprising since there was so much chicken already prepared. The food we ordered did not taste fresh. The chicken pieces provided were much smaller than other Popeyes locations we've eaten at. We asked for a plain sandwich for our son which the server acknowledged, she communicated it with the chef and still there was not a plain sandwich delivered. All of our fries were cold and my husband ordered spicy chicken and received non-spicy chicken. Very disappointed when eating our food, couldn't eat but a couple of fries as some of them did not taste fully cooked. My chicken wings were tasty but dry and were luke warm with heat. Because we got our food to go on the way to an appointment we could not turn around and go back to the restaurant. Just very disappointed. Recommendation if you eat here don't be in a rush and check your food before leaving to ensure your order is right and hot.
