I DO NOT recommend this church!! They have no compassion for the homeless, always kicking them off the property and do not feed them!! Saw you had a BBQ today... Did you feed the homeless? Ya, didn't think so!!

We shared the Lent season with this very warm and welcoming church. The sermons were challenging and nurturing, the worship and organ music was breathtaking. We hope to visit here again.

I love this beautiful church! Great outdoor candlelight service this Christmas Eve! The staff here go above and beyond. Pastors are awesome, music and worship 2nd to none. Soul-filled and friendly. God is here. Our favorite place to worship in the Inland Northwest!

My wife and I can't explain the feeling we have when attending a service at this special place. The church is beautiful and eminates the soul of the Christian Church. The beauty, the layout and the history of the sanctuary makes you feel privileged to attend a service here. This is a very welcoming place with real people, and a comfortable environment. Pastor John and Betsey are warm, welcoming and authentic. The messages are delivered with intentionality and passion, with a hint of fun and transparency! John is a scholar, wholesome and compassionate in every way. He's what everyone would want of a father figure! Derek, the worship leader is amazing and a talent like none other compared to most churches today. His enthusiasm and abilitiy to connect and lead the congregation is like nothing we have experienced. The Christmas service was amazing. Not to mention his vocal and musical talent! We cannot say enough about this church. We attended a "listening" seminar today that was delivered by a motivated scholar that did not disappoint. The church service and sermon were directly in line with the seminar. Everything in this church is choreographed to glorify the intention of Jesus. We drive from East of Coeur d'Alene to experience this church, and will continue to do so every chance we get!

This is a page to find out about things like handicap parking, wheelchair accessibility, hours of operation, etc. This page is not monitored or operated by First Presbyterian Church. This page, & all other question pages on Google Maps, are answered solely by other users, usually "local guides" like myself. If you are interested in this church's ideology & doctrine, I suggest you visit their website, or give them a call. I can tell you that this church is an affiliate of the Presbyterian USA denomination (versus Presbyterian World), & last I heard, which was 4 or 5 years ago, was that this denomination is a lot more liberal & left leaning than say, Southern Baptists or Methodists. I know they approve of & use women ministers, which both the OT & NT forbid, and I've heard that overall, the Presbyterian USA organization is at least LGBTQ friendly. But things change, so like I said, I would suggest you reach out to them directly. Most church websites have a way you can email them.

At this time we don't have a regular evening service. We have Evensong occasionally.
Actually the contemporary service is 8:45. And either way we love newcomers!
You should call them. Go back 1 page to where it lists the church info in the lower left corner (some versions say "more info" either way look down there for the church number. I think they start answering the phone at 8 AM. I do know they let people come in & take showers, so I don't know why they would say no to someone coming in to pray.
Yes, it has handicapped and Senior Parking, a wheelchair ramp at main enterance, usually volunteers to open and hold doors, and Elevator access to other levels. There are alao designated places in the sanctuary where Pews were removed and made available for wheelchairs in those spots.
