Was going on a trip on the following weekend. Needed a Jetboil system and found it on sale here. I ordered it online on a Sunday, and paid extra for 2-3 day Shipping so it would arrive in time for my trip the following Saturday. Little did I know they take 3 business days to ship an order. I mean what business takes that long to ship an item. To me that is slow and poor service. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund on the shipping and was told that that wasn't their policy. So I didn't get any help. I would not recommend this business.

Big fan! After my package was lost in the mail, Luke (customer service) was extremely helpful and gracious enough to replace my lost item. It was great working with a smaller outdoor shop vs a larger chain - more personal and responsive. Absolutely will be buying from them again
