Signed up online and less than an hour later, I was getting my hair cut. I showed a picture of the style I wanted and acknowledged that I have much less hair than the person in the picture. The stylist worked with me to get a similar cut. I was asked if I was a first time customer, but was surprised there wasn't a first time discount like there is at some of their competitors.

I'm a very disappointed customer I will be going back to get it taken care of I hope my hair was not caught at all like I asked all that was done was trimming the dead ends off not cutting it at all the way I asked her to and I explained to her I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair so I'm going to go back and see if someone else can do a better job and if I'm dissatisfied again after that cut I will let you know

Both my daughter and I got haircuts. The lady who did my hair messed it up. I asked for long layers with face framing. She basically just chopped my hair. The lady who did my daughter's hair did amazing.
