The only clean thing in the room was the bed. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been wiped in quite some time, towels were musty, floors were never swept, food remaining in fridge from previous occupant, and the breakfast was nothing special at all with some apples as the only fresh item.

Positive: Bed was clean and staff was very nice. Negative: No pool as indicated on line. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner wall dispensers did not work. No ice. They are remodeling, so they make be fixing these issues.

I’m usually a fan of Quality Inn’s, but not this one. First, they double charged me. I booked and paid for my room months ago and couldn’t recall if they charged my card or just used it to hold the room. I naively trusted the person at the front desk to look that up. Instead he took my card and charged me again. Of course I looked at my statement later. When I approached the desk they were already aware of the mistake and refunded me already. So that was a plus. But still I struggle to understand how that happened in the first place. Your computer system doesn’t tell you if a room is already paid for? You don’t know your normal procedure for charging for rooms ahead of time? Unfortunately the room was dirty- sticky stuff on the floor, hair and dust on the floor, stains on the sheets, comforter and pillows. Of course when I asked for fresh pillows and linens, the man at the front desk was quite annoyed and the request was never fulfilled. Housekeeping never entered my room during my 3 night stay. Perhaps this is the new norm for staying in hotels? I wish I had just been aware of their procedures if that were the case, perhaps leave a sign out front or in each room to let visitors know what to expect- that they need to request new toiletries or trash bags, to leave their trash out in the hall in the morning. That’s fine, just need to know. I wish I’d read the reviews more carefully before booking, the warnings were already there, so take my advice and skip this stay.

Room had bedbugs and they refused to give me another room. Plus lock wouldn't lock and it took 5 days of complaining before they fixed it. The room was prepaid by my company so I had no options. Everyday I left, my room was basically open so anyone could've came in and steal my possessions. Will never use Quality Inn again.
