Got to the drive thru at 10:20. By the time the line had moved and it was my time to order. It was 10:32. I was told that I could no longer have breakfast halfway thru my order, after I had already ordered multiple breakfast items.

Staff is friendly and professional. Service is quick and orders are now in bags, not trays. The kiosks are easy to use and modify your meal. Food is alway consistent McDonald's quality. The ice tea is always made fresh. I like the Spicy Chicken McGriddle sandwich. I have to eat one once a week. Doctors orders.

Just picked up 2 Southwest salads with Chicken. I have 2 pieces of chicken and half the cheese is empty, so I called to speak to the manager and the person answered said she is the manager. I asked for her name multiple times and she refused to give me her name. She kept telling me over and over to tell her my complaint. I tell her and her response was simply that they come pre-packaged and she keeps repeating that. I ask for her manager because clearly she doesn't care. She told me to call in the morning and tells me her name is Hilda. I told her I was giving a bad review and will mention her name. She replied ok. Wait, it gets better...this prepackaged salad came with the wrong dressing. It came with Creamy Caesar rather than Southwest dressing. And look at that old lettuce. Unbelievable! This was one of the worst experiences I've had both from a food standpoint and customer service standpoint. At minimum, I should've been offered a replacement salad.

Ordered the spicy crispy chicken deluxe meal. The chicken sandwich was good, temp was good and it was prepared well. Staff was friendly in the drive thru and my overall experience was excellent
