I booked through Americas first moving and somehow they gave the job to this integrated who then picked up my belongings and I never heard anything about when it would be dropped off. Once I get Nancy’s boss name I’ll also be reporting this incident to the BBB. You don’t deserve to be in business !

They lost my TV trays, they told me to file a claim I did and I was told it was approved and the company would be sending me a check that was over 5 weeks ago, I have called several times and told the check will go out I have still not received it. I will be calling the Attorney General's office to complain.

These people are scammers!!!! They charged us triple the money and moved us to orlando instead of west palm beach. All of our stuff arrived broken or in poor condition. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

This company should be out of business! Our property arrived damaged, destroyed, with antique furniture irreplaceable. The company plays games and doesn't answer the phone or emails! We have requested arbitration and they still don't respond!

They are the most horrible moving company in the world. You contract for a price and ending up paying much much more. They promise to deliver your items in one week, end up more than a month. To top it all, they bring your items and furniture damaged, broken and missing (stolen). I Strongly believe they steal your items not lose them. They rarely answer their phones. Their rating should be billion below zero and they should be out of business. Customers should be protected from those unprofessional, liars and THIEVES. They offer you a compensation of 0.60 per pound and so they steal and rob your items and you get nothing in return. DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS HORRIBLE AND THIEVES COMPANY
I had set up with Thomas Kane for a move. I did not know who the company was till them showed up. These people still have not even called me for my Delievery and they overcharged me and did not even take all my stuff. Seriously I’m a single mom who just moved to Georgia and I’m on literally unemployment. I do not get state assistance only my unemployment. So it’s a struggle. More so now because I had to go get air mattresses for me and my two babies to sleep on and dishes to eat on. So this is really a difficult situation. I wish I would have know before cuz I would have rather struggle packing a uhaul which I would get my things immediately and it would not cost so much. I really hate this company for the non communication and last Delievery!!! They don’t seem to care about people and their needs. I will never use a moving company ever again this has been the worst experience for us😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Me too! Packed my stuff up in a broken down truck then screwed me over for two months waiting to get my things and overcharge me to unload the truck the list goes on this place is a scam we should get together and do a class action suit against them
