Not sure why Big Lots allows me to order online then cancel my order since it wasn't in stock. This has cost me a lot of time and grief. Happened more than once in the last 2 weeks.

Great store with great staff. The furniture Department staff was absolutely wonderful in helping you get what you want. The store has great furniture selections and the ability to get the furniture in three different ways. Including two of them that would allow you to bring it home that same day. I have purchased furniture from Big Lots before, a sectional for $700.00and it's lasted greater than 6 years. This was family room furniture so, it did get a lot of wear and tear. You can't beat that.

Nicest, cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in. I really enjoy walking through these with my wife when bored. Just bought our gazebo from there for VERY cheap (but high quality). Good customer service.
