I will be contacting Bay Clinic shortly regarding the treatment of my Wife by Dr Tracy..after numerous blood tests and needle pokes. .her last appointment for discussion of the results was abruptly canceled. .over the phone!!. She still has undiagnosed random swelling and allergic reactions!!!.NOT VERY CARING OR PROFESSIONAL in my opinion. .

I gave Bay clinic two stars only because I like Dr. Jackson. However, Dr. Tracy's (Allergist) office is not inviting. When I came in for the first time to get my allergy shots, I felt like it was rushed and there was a lack of communication given to a new patient who didn't know what to expect. They were very brief and one girl had an attitude when I was trying to get understand their system. I hate giving poor reviews on businesses but this is the second time I have encountered a negative experience with this practice.

i’ve been going here for years, first seeing dr.zinc and then getting in with dr. anderson after she moved away. loved both of them. recently got too old to go to a pediatrician and am now with dr. gerig who is also good so far. only BIG issue i have is their lab. all the girls are extremely unprofessional. had a girl swear while drawing my blood after messing up a tube. she threw the tube aside and grabbed another, left it in my arm as she turned away to joke around with the others, while the tube was overflowing and it began to hurt.i had 4 tubes needed and got poked 5-6 times. i also had to give a urine sample to and they kept knocking on the door every 2 minutes. good doctors in my experience but do not get your blood drawn here. you’re better off doing it at the hospital or the hospital in coquille

Just went with my wife to her first appointment with Dr. Jackson. With an extensive medical history and after following a successful treatment plan from the specialist at Stanford Teaching Hospital seven years, Dr. Jackson wants to change the plan after the first visit. Dr. Jackson calls my wife's treatment plan a "prescription for death" and questions the wisdom of her previous doctors. No time to review the extensive history, and very resistant to calling any of her previous doctors. Dr. Jackson said nothing will change his mind. After seeking treatment at the finest medical facilities in the country, who would have know that we have the foremost expert at everything right here in Coos Bay. Stanford should start sending their toughest patients to Dr. Jackson.

Questions & Answers

My new doctor, Dr. Goudarzi, or his assistant need to transfer my Simvistatin prescription from Rite Aid to Safeway in North Bend. I called requesting that, but have not heard back! What do I do now?

I had problems with a prescription with this doctor, too. I ended up contacting Heather, because Dr goudarzi wasn't responding to my requests...basically ignoring them. Just call bay clinic operator and ask to talk to Heather.
