This is my go to for home Depot. Now, some of the staff is extremely over worked and they are short staffed by choice. I have even instructed people to the aisles. And they just re-arranged the entire store and it seems more opened.

It was my very first time at that particular store. As I entered I went to the Flooring section, since I needed laminate flooring. The person I asked to help me told me right away that we don’t have what you want and showed me hi small hand held machine to proof it. I asked if he can help me find that is close to what I want. He said; “Sorry,” we don’t have anything like the picture you are showing me. So I said never mind, you weren’t of any help. And I asked him where do you have other stuff. That was when he showed me “with his finger,” just go down make a left and a quick right and you’l see the other stuff. I asked him if he could help me find what I wanted and he said “sorry I have to do something else. I told him; this isn’t good my friend!!! I did go to where he had told me to go and I actually found the exact thing I was looking for!!!. However after waiting for about 15 minutes and nobody showing up, I walked out of the store. Traffic in the store was very light compared to other HDs I’ve been to. A VERY VERY BAD STORE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will find the names and post them too😡😡😡

It would be better to be able to pay with cash for in store online orders not just a debit card or a gift card

Friggin hate HomeDepot where they never pick up! And their tool rental policy is so annoying you can't have someone else pick up the rental even if you give them the confirmation number and ID
