The upper leadership has went downhill. A couple months ago we could get in and have a wait time of about 20 minutes. Now we are told they are down providers, and only have 1 running the floor for 30 to 40 patients in the waiting room. 3 hour wait time in IMMEDIATE CARE!! Get it together upper level management!! This is unacceptable! This used to be a place for patients to come and get care. Now we have to goto ER! I sat in the waiting area For bronchitis, maybe COVID, I didnt know, and 2 people with broken arms, and a group of people Coughing (Likely with Covid) for 3+ hours WE NEED NEW UPPER manageme t or this place is gonna fail! Actually it is already failing. I will NOT come back. I do not recommend going here.

I went here at the advice of my Primary Care Physician’s MA, who said I can just walk in. My review pertains to the Front receptionist who before I could explain why I was there interrupted and asked who was my PCP. I told her who my Dr is (btw he is a Dr there at NBMC) so she told me they could not see me without him sending an order to them first. She told me I could go outside and call him from a phone on the side of the building. First of all why would I do that when I have a cell phone and second of all I just needed to go upstairs to his office. Mind you I’ve been extremely sick having recovered from COVID last month in Jamaica and now have a slew of other conditions including losing 1 lb a day for the past week. So I go upstairs and have my Drs. MA call down there. They made a call to ICC and then told me to go on down, they will see me. Everyone except the Receptionist worked in a professional manner. I have attached a screenshot from their website stating “No Appointment is Necessary.”

If I could give 0 stars I would everytime I've ever dealt with this place they are extremely rude and unprofessional. The last time I went I overheard the lady working the check in screaming and cussing at an elderly lady for not being able to hear very well. And then threatened her with security. I would not recommend this place and I will not be back. I'd recommend nova health center they accept ohp and their staff is wonderful

I got seen in a decent amount of time. New facility is very clean and well put together. Nurses and staff were very helpful and polite. I felt they took my concerns seriously and I received excellent care.
