Ordering the tickets was an easy enough process, they get you all set up with your route quickly. The trip itself left something to be desired. While the bus was clean, it reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a detached speaker hanging from the ceiling by wires that would loudly hit the walls of the bus making any attempt at rest impossible. Before the trip, our driver gave us a fresh wave of smoke before throwing the cigarette out the window. Overall I got to my destination in a timely manner but did not leave with a smile on my face.

I suppose I would be putting us on Greyhound site but either Northwestern or Greyhound left me completely stranded in Seattle Thursday night at 9 and even though I had asked the front desk person 2 hours prior why I did not see my destination departure time she blew me off and told me I just needed to wait and come to find out that there was no destination parts of time that they made a mistake on my boarding pass which they refused to correct and they also refused to allow me to get on the bus and it's 6:25 because it was 6:15 and it was too late for them to sell tickets even though for me to change would have cost me 20 extra dollars I think that it was a complete rip-off I have used Greyhound several times and they act like I am doing them a favor by paying them my hard-earned money to take their buses so I would have to say no I do not recommend and less you absolutely have to use that mode of transportation

Website is not user friendly. I just want to find the rates and departure times. Can't find it. Site also says there's no office in wen, but i know there is.
