I had a yearly reservation with the campground and then due to Covid I had to push my reservation back 2 years in a row. Being that we STILL have border restrictions I was not going to be able to make it again this year. I called on May 28th to see about changing my July2 reservation. I was told by the girl on the phone that they could change it but their system won’t let them until that month, but that she had made a note to do the change and that I could call back on July 1 just to make sure. I called back on July 1 and was told that their policy changed last week and they would not be honouring my reservation change. I said well I was told it was fine so that’s annoying but whatever I will just take my refund then. Then I was told sorry too short of notice to get your refund. I said how is that possible I called in May for a July reservation, and was told it was fine so why wouldn’t I have canceled then and got my money back if that wasn’t the case? The girl was rude said that she would talk to her manager but she will say the same thing. Also said she would call me back and never did. One other thing we paid the site fee of $10 to ensure that we would have our same spots and that wasn’t the case either they had us all over the place according to the computer because I said that my site was #5 and the girl said hmmm no. Anyways I would love a refund of my$72.30 for my reservation because I really don’t see how this is my fault and that I should be penalized for THEIR lack of communication, I did what was required of me on my end. I really hope you can get this figured out and let them know that’s no way to represent your name. I expected better from a KOA but that is a zero in customer service.

We booked our three full service campsites 7 months in advance. We drove all the way from Canada. The day before are arrival they called and said they were moving us to the “south side” of the camp ground and it was dry camping. We weren’t super happy but still agreed. When we got there we weren’t even in the campground we were in a gravel pit they made literally a week ago with huge crushed rock. The lady at the desk was very rude to deal with. They still charged us full price for this “camp spot”. They also charged us to dump after even after we originally booked full service campgrounds. Great site for atving but awful customer service. Only shout out is to the maintenance guys who tried to help us make the campsite decent.

I love staying here! Nice cozy cabins with fune access! Great place for the kids , they have a big playground. A bounce pad, and train rides. This is a must for anyone that rides and wants a family friendly trip

Don't be fooled by the cabins.. they have just about the worst "mattresses" in them. You can feel the wood slats right through them. Bring a mattress pad if you are renting a cabin. All four of us were down right miserable. We missed our air mattress which I personally didn't think I would ever say. Other than that the cabins were decent, they have little heaters in them which is nice at night when it's cold out. Their firewood was wet and most of campers that came in our large group had a hard time getting their fires to light or stay burning and you can only use their wood( for a totally understandable reason) but at least make it usable. Showers are hot. Overall it was a decent experience.
