Something in the water in Tucson that makes people more pleasant? Never expected Immigration Services to be this nice. Having moved recently from Philadelphia,I’ve had very different experiences with government offices, including Immigration. The office does require reservations. I was seen promptly, the place was clean and pleasant and the official and the security were welcoming and helpful. I got my problem solved and the official helping me made sure everything was taken care of. Couldn’t ask for more!

You need to get on the phone with US citizenship and immigration and ask him those questions there is a life phone number where you can speak with someone that's all I can offer you
