First medium pepperoni was old and dry,, took it back,,got one made fresh, brought it home,, NASTY and dry, no sauce. Not cooked thru. Taking this one back tomorrow,, get my money back. Gross!

Walked in, ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza, paid, walked out. The pizza was dry, one could even say stale. No moisture in the cheese or sauce, pepperoni was dry and shriveled, crust was harder then a rock and dryer then the desert. The employee who sold me this box of depression and regret was very unprofessional about it.

My order was pretty simple but not to some locations though. This location did not disappoint! Richard answered professionally and handled my simple order exceptionally…Thanks, Richard! Order: (1) Crazy bread with extra Parmesan seasoning and garlic (bread wasn’t burnt either)…yum! Again, some locations can’t even get this order right…Crazy, huh?!?

This is suppose to be extra most bestest cheese and what the heck on the cutting. Also I pre-ordered online and it was 20min late being ready. Again I give this location a chance and they fail miserably. I am happy to say after driving back to the store and costing me an extra 20min of time they replaced the pizza with the correct order.
