***** 5 Star Improvement! Was 1 * Below you will find my review of McDonald's several weeks ago. Congratulations to the manager, Richard for having changedp our experience with them to... Great! The day after, the sign about change, came down. The staff has been friendlier. Our food has always been hot and delicious. We still get pickels if you ask them for 'no pickle'. Overall a great set of experiences. We have returned several days a week for the past couple months. They deserve kudos for getting where they are. Congratulations to this McDonald's for restoring my faith in fast foods! - No food or service consistentcies. There is a poorly copied sign at the registers saying that they cannot give change. This has been up over a month. If you pay in cash do not expect change. The manager said that they could not get enough change through thier bank, Bank of America. The staff has been rude and nasty at times. The manager's name is Richard.

This was my first app order and needless to say it did not go well. When I got to the restaurant I added to my order 2 sweet teas and when I noticed it said unsweetened teas on the order board I mentioned that I was ordering sweet teas. He then replied that yes they would sweet teas, well.....they weren't!!! I also asked for extra jam for the biscuits that were in my order and I got ketchup and no jam at all!!! Won't be going back to this particular McDonald's again!

My experience was so horrible. There was only one customer so I thought it would be good. Ordered the chicken nugget bundle, asked for fresh food they said see what they can do. Went to pick up window and after about 15 mins they offered old brown burnt fries and said is this fine. I said no I asked for fresh and have been waiting so they pulled me to the front and we waited about another 20 mins and they gave us our food. It was cold and they fries were redipped. Not fresh at all tried calling called about 4 times they finally answered and said we could get our food back so we decided we’ll get it tomorrow maybe with a different crew. But got home and we didn’t even get all our food they missed some and nuggets old fries not even half full old brown burnt fries tried called different stores nobody will answer I’m so done with all McDonald’s over Tucson!!!

I just went to get some meals for my family and I order 5 large fries wish it was 25 dollars for just the fries, when i told the young man at the window that they probably made a mistake charging me for the fries, he appeared very surprised when I showed him then he told his manager and the manager said that was the correct amount... 5 DOLLARS! for one large fries and then they forgot to put half of my burgers in the bag...

I've had that type of service there, it's a hit and miss when we stop in there while traveling to Texas, not always clean either.
Is true. The lobby open at 5 am but what is 24 hours is the drive thru
Ya right a bug haters that got fired said that ?? I eat there for 30days outa the month for bfast it fine over worked laborers maybe but only place open with covid at 4am

Unfortunately, this is the same attitude I've received on many occasions. I would suggest if possible to go to another location.

Why The ice cream machine is always broken? Well let me tell you We sell: ice cream cones, Mcflurys, shakes, etc, and is all day constantly. That's why. Is like it any appliances work all day.
