I drove up with a good attuide and the little girl at the cash window was rude as hell she threw my change out at me most of it fell on the ground and she closed the window and walked away. I mean it is mcdonalds though right?

Unfortunately, this is the same attitude I've received on many occasions. I would suggest if possible to go to another location.
