Our appreciation for the managers, Ralph and Janice Sackett, is immense. They have gone out of their way to help us over this past month. My parents loved living here and now we know why. Homes owned by tenant but the property is owned by a group. You have to pay a rental fee for the space. $600+.
The monthly space rent is $600. It does not include anything. In addition we bill you for trash, sewer, and water (metered), Your electricity is billed separately to you by PGE.
