This is the second time we have a problem with the AT&T workers and I’m so over it! They are rude and don’t respect their customers. We went to pay our bill and the guy named Manuel the so called manager, was bickering us for no reason, he was arguing saying we didn’t buy the phone there when we clearly did. He demanded to know the name of the associate who sold us the phone like that mattered. When we refused to tell him cause it was Pointless and told him that he was being rude and clearly didn’t have good customer service, He raised his voice and said if we didn’t like the service there that there are other stores we can go to! Like really? I literally have my services with AT&T and I am beginning to regret it. Something has to change! Don’t go to this store unless you want to be treated poorly and receive attitude for no reason. AT&T I would like something to change!!!!!!

Visited the store a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised with how quick I was helped. Cristina was very nice and explained everything to me perfectly. I’ve never left a review ever but I am so grateful for her help I knew I just had to so everyone knows how great this store and staff is! Thank you so much for your help! I will only be going to this AT&T location from now on! Also I was able to get some pictures of the holiday decorations they have up- super cute
