Great location with a beautiful path, and a short walk to the beach. Good amenities. Friendly staff. We'll be back. We'd like to reserve earlier next year for a front spot if possible, if we could get feedback on how this process works. Thank you for a great stay.

My kids and I had the amazing opportunity to stay at Sea and Sand in early May. I wish that I could give additional stars! The facilities were clean, well managed, and the staff a joy to work with. But that all pales to the beauty of the sea facing sites. My kids and I parked our RV on one of the sites that overlook the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful, access to the beach was right outside the RV door. My children and I loved chasing the tide and enjoying the beach. I cannot thank sea and sand enough for continuing to provide access to this memorable area for those of us who enjoy traveling by RV!

Had the greatest weather for three days ! Beautiful location facing the ocean. Clean well kept grounds, super friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers. Very dog friendly with clean up stations. Generous campsite size and full service with cable. Enjoyed several long walks on the beach.

Despite the 2 gales, high winds & cold, had a lovely stay! Fantastic views & nice people. Very clean, relatively guilty and easy drive to Depoe Bay, Lincoln City & Newport. And the lush, coastal Green everywhere!

There are semi-permanent sites in the forest loop that require a year commitment. Call the office for more details. There is no month to month.
There wouldn't be anything within walking distance but some other options include fogarty creek rv park, wapiti rv park, coyote rock campground, and boiler bay rv park. These are the closest in proximity to us but you could also try beverly beach state park, premier rv resort, or south beach state park if you can go a little farther. Hope this is helpful! :)
The Semi-Permanent program: you sign up and commit to at least 1 year then pay $275.00 per month. Then you can use your RV a total of 14 days per month. The site is full hookup (water, electric, sewer) including cable TV and Wi-Fi. If you invite guests to come, you must be here with them. Also the RV cannot be over 10 years old. We do not do this for the summer months only...it has to be for a full 12 months. I hope this explains it to you.
Yes dogs & cats....on a leash at all times. We do not allow Pitts or Rotts or any mix thereof.
Just call
We do not have monthly rates....6 weeks is the longest you can stay...the rates per night are on our website www.seaandsandrvpark.com
Thanks for the answers. Can anyone direct me to affordable long term RV rental parks anywhere along Central Oregon Coast or slightly inland?
Yes but we only have 4 of them...so you would need to reserve a year in advance.
You can see all of the pricing lists for all 4 seasons on our website seaandsandrvpark.com. You can also call us 541-764-2313.
Depends on the spot. Some only take up to about 28 feet, others are up to 40 or even a bit longer.
Not if you are just staying for a few nights.
I have just contacted our online folks and they are going to add the #'s for each site. Meanwhile looking at the Map...click on a site and you will see the # as you scroll to the bottom.
I hate to tell you... but I will. 7am on line, 8am at the office. As for canceling, you have to make changes through the office. -fellow camper.
I would call. The longer the rv the less spots they have. But they an area just for motorhomes that overlook the ocean. I dont what there length restrictions are.
I agree with Rebecca; just call the office.
As previously mentioned, late arrivals have to be pre-arranged, but a word of caution; if this is your first time on the first or second ocean terrace, the dowhill-then-turn-left can be unnerving. Best done in daylight.
