They have a more stuff than I imagined. The quality of everything I looked at appeared to be of high quality, but with their prices I would expect high quality durable clothes and shoes and other stuff. I ended up buying really good work boots.

Been a happy customer since the South Portland, Maine store was built, and have shopped many times, both online and in-store. We were shocked today by the horrible treatment from a store employee and assistant manager - both young adults with much to learn about customer service and how to handle themselves. When they were called out on their behavior, the female became erratic and said we had to leave or she'd call the police. We called and spoke with corporate and are waiting for a response and will update if one is received.

Great shopping experience. So great, I convinced my gf to go in the next day. I had a great talk with Charlie on pants and he helped guide me correctly. My gf had a bunch of help from a gal...can't recall her name but has a love necklace. Props to you. The two interactions I've had from the two different days, top notch. Too early to talk about pant quality but they feel great and have a good fit. Plus a year warranty, it's hard not to give them a go.
