We recently purchased a home and needed to get all new appliances. Our salesman Kevin helped us find the perfect matching appliances to fit our budget. When Agrens say they'll match any price, they mean it. After we had already agreed on a price, Kevin double checked prices of everything on both Lowe's and Home Depot websites and was able to save us even more money. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend.

I received excellent service shopping for a washer and dryer at Agren from Chris Gebhardt. He listened carefully to my needs and placement issues and provided me with lots of details about possible choices. He then sent me home with lots of specs so I could measure and make my choices. We then followed up by phone so he could answer more questions and place my order. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get delivery in a week! Hopefully all will go well with delivery and installation. So far, I highly recommend appliance purchases at Agren.

Our installer Andy is wonderful! Very thoughtful and mindful to use care in our old house when installing our new dishwasher. He is very professional, worked quickly and showed me all the inner workings of the dishwasher to operate it the first time. Andy’s friendly demeanor provided a very enjoyable, easy experience. He shared stories of how kind the owners and leadership at Agren are to employees. It is nice to buy from a company that treats their employees well. Agren has been my go to for appliances for 20 years. We could order online or shop at a large retailer, but we always choose this lovely local company - and the biggest reason is their service department.

My wife and I went to Agren to purchase appliances for a kitchen remodel. We were greeted by Kevin Shrader who made the process very easy for us. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We ordered our appliances from him yesterday. This is the second time I have purchased appliances from Agren and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
