Owning a home and rental property, I won't buy my appliances any place else! The prices are fair, the selection is huge, and you don't have to wait weeks for delivery! They always deliver what they promise, arrive when they say they will , and call if anything changes! Where else does that happen??

What a terrible first impression! I called Appliance Warehouse to see if they have a specific fridge in stock. The man who answered was terse and had a could-not-be-bothered tone/attitude right out of the gate. I was friendly and only asked two question, which were met with one-word responses in an annoyed tone and zero manners. That was all I needed to hear to know that it's best for me to spend my money elsewhere and recommend the same to others. Words and tone matter.

Ordered a refrigerator here over a month ago, said they would call with updates (back ordered) called a few times to get we don't have a update yet or we don't know, needless to say I ordered the same fridge that's on (Back order) from another company with a set date for delivery. Very disappointed in the company and lack of communication. There is no excuse for running your business like this.

Tony was friendly and thy buying experience was great. What was extremely disappointing was the delivery men and the excuses given to wheedle out of delivering to my upstairs apartment. I mentioned that the house was 200yrs old and that a washer and dryer were delivered 13 yrs ago by them. Suddenly, no one can lift dryers anymore. I've had 3 appliances, 2 queen beds brought up over the banister during that time. I am waiting for a full refund and do not recommend this company unless you have single floor living only. Update: Appreciate the response, Jim. As mentioned in my post, I've also had Three (3) appliances (with sharp corners) delivered without mishap. Two (2) of those appliances (dryer AND washer - same size each as the one that was not delivered yesterday) were delivered by your company from the same location making parts of your reply moot. Thank you for making sure a complete refund will be made. Best regards

Hello, We do not sell toaster ovens, nor do we sell parts for them. I would suggest you first see if you can find the model number on the toaster oven. If so, I would google the brand, the model, and the word "parts", and see what pops up. In the last several years, I do not know of anyone locally that sells parts for small appliances. Twin City Supply or Maine Appliance Parts are two good local options for parts for large appliances, but I do not think they carry much at all for small appliances. Thanks and good luck, Jim
