Looking for what apparently cant be found in Maine, reliable service people, that follow up with their customers. BTW Corinna i did change to 2 stars and slight edit, I was a customer of yours and you lost me when you don't follow up for services, or the time I stayed home for your service guy that never showed up. I was again looking for services since my last guy that followed you is MIA. And can tell you more about the frustrations of dealing with other Manes businesses, that dont care to answer the phone or respond to potential customers. NWI

Called in for no heat issue. I was flexible with the date yet they fit me on the same day. Office offered some tips to look for before sending a technician out which was nice. Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Darren was just here with his crew on a Friday nite after 8 getting our wood/oil furnace up to snuff. We use lots of wood and usually it needs a quick tune up at some pt during the winter. He cleaned our furnace this spring and at that time did a comprehensive evaluation of our home for possible installation of heat pumps in the future. All done with great promptness and care. Once Darren gathered the info the office staff went to work completing the quote using the info Darren had carefully gathered. We find Darren to be knowledgeable, kind and efficient. The office people are also on the ball and appear to be a great team. This business takes great pride in serving its customers. So needed in this day and age.

Came out tonight, Christmas Eve!! To fix our failed heater. Great service, explained everything to me that he was doing and took care of our heater. His wife and secretary was kind and friendly when we called. They came out once before and was just as thorough! Thank you Crooked River!!
