Easy to bring car. drive up to door and they open it no need to get out in cold or on ice. When the car was ready the service person seeing that i was using a cane offered to bring the car is so i would not have to walk out where there might be ice. i feel this is over and above when it comes to customer service.

You don’t HAVE to test drive a new or used vehicle of interest, but it behooves you to do so. There are a lot of factors about a vehicle that can be assessed with even a quick test drive. Themes like comfort, utility, handling, functionality, tech features, blind spots, and the general driving experience can all be learned in a test drive.
Yes, they do with some qualifying factors. Our used vehicle “limited lifetime warranty” is quite robust. Other than exotic vehicles, the original vehicle in-service date must not exceed 7 years, and current mileage must not be greater than 75,000 at the time of delivery. Exotic vehicles do not qualify. Vehicles that do qualify for the “Goodwin limited lifetime warranty” receive a lifetime, no-mileage-limit warranty that covers the cost of parts and servicing for the engine and transmission provided that all repairs are authorized and performed at a location owned by Goodwin Motor Group. This agreement covers only the original purchaser and is void should the vehicle be traded or sold. Limitations and rules do apply, see our website for a full explanation.

The age of the vehicle, the total mileage, the condition of the vehicle, etc. In order to give a customer the most accurate assessment, the customer will need to allow our sales manager to appraise the vehicle in person.
