I will hands down do business with this company in the future. They made the buying experience so easy. There is no "hidden fees" that get added after the fact. They are knowledgeable and friendly. We walked in having an idea of what we wanted and the price they go for and ended up buying a beautiful ATV in under 30 min. James was the sales rep and took care of the payment process as well, it was so great working with just 1 person. We are very very excited to get our new side by side and cant wait to shop with them for all the extras we want to add to it over time. Working with the owner James on a Wednesday needing my rzr 1000 turbo for the following Wednesday “only one week!” to get the front differential changed and under warranty was crazy to ask for with their work schedule but they still got it done and I will be able to go to West Virginia on my trip to the Hatfield McCoy trails. They are a awesome group of people and if you want stellar service buy a machine threw them and you will always be pleased an taken care of.

I had a terrific buying experience with Mane-Ly action. I was shopping for a new 690 Enduro so I reached out to the two nearest KTM dealers. The ‘other’ dealer never returned my email but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, knowing electronic communication isn’t always reliable. After talking to 2 people on the phone, my questions were not answered. A 3rd person was supposed to call me back but never did. Dealing with James was easy and communication was great. He answered all my questions and spelled out the pricing so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Thanks for a smooth, easy transaction.

Not sure on this one?? Depends on how they handle a issue on my side by side?? Starter went on it at 260 miles 7 months old??? Hmmm may buy a can am...well just talked to james and he saved the day..polaris is standing behind their starter even though i was over my warranty...thanks 4 going the xtra mile james....oh and taking care of the recall...many thanks on that 1 as well..looking forward to a trip to jackman..1 happy customer....
