Everything is fresh, eggs are cooked in front of you to your preference, and it's awesome how the stove heats the food! Delicious and a good value.

Stop to pick up food after a long day at work. The restaurant is setup so food is cooked to order and ready within 5-10mins. With the two enchilada plate, I picked half and half tortillas (flour/corn) and a different meat for each (chicken and pork). Was also able to select all the toppings. The workers were pleasant and patience while I studied the menu and figured out what I wanted to order. Took food back to hotel nearby (walking distance) to enjoy. Delish!

Went for lunch since I was in the area and I was so glad I went, this is like my 3rd time going and honestly I LOVE IT. I'm a pretty picky eater but EVIE made it so easy for me. I ordered the enchiladas with flour tortillas which are amazing 👏 the green chili port shoulder I believe with green sauce too. The food honestly was so good compared to "quick" food around the area. I'd go here any day for something good and worth my money plus the staff was nice like WHAT A BONUS RIGHT! However I wish the Dr pepper was working then it would have been a perfect lunch. I definitely recommend this place. 👌 if you have a big crowd come and order a bit of everything so you can figure out what's your favorite. You won't be disappointed!
