Beware of this place. I stopped for a quick good car wash as my car had just been though a dust storm. Arrive at this location only to be my met by broken machines on entering the car wash. I waited 10 minutes until a spooky attendant appeared to help me. Stating these machines sometimes "have problems" (as the machine has visible wires hanging from it, credit card reader, falling out, etc) I told him no worries I just need a basic wash. He proceeds on trying to sell me some $29 something odd dollar a month car wash program. I adamantly tell him no. I normally wash my car elsewhere. And now come to find out my card is being charged for this program, as this attendant without my knowledge or consent signed me up for. And to top it off. The stupid car wash knocked beat my car up so bad I visible scratches to my vehicle. For the love of god don't wash your car here. You will regret it.

Updated - Purchased a monthly car wash package with the first month at a $10 off discount, and then Andrew B informed me of an additional promotion of their best package which is usually $35 a month, was on a special promotion for $9.99 for the first month and $19.99 a month for the rest of the first year of use. Amazing deal so I had to jump on it, especially considering I was about to drop 15 on a single wash for today. After the car was egged the other day, I needed to get it scrubbed off. After taking care of the rest with a damp towel, Andrew let me know that I am able to wash my car up to twice per day if needed, so I took it back through one more time just to make it extra clean. They also have free vacuums for interior cleaning. There are more professional services that they offer as well, just head over to your nearest location and ask them! Great service, great deal, great wash! Although it makes the scratches and scuffs stick out, it's just a reminder that I should get those fixed, too lol - NEW - so after the first month, I was charged 29.99, instead of the amount previously mentioned (19.99) and when I went to find out what was going on, I am told that the guy who set up my monthly plan was let go for getting people to sign up for this special monthly plan, and it was all just a lie. The crew that was there that day were helpful and we're going to setup my cancellation and refund, until I heard mention of a free service at one specific location that would full service wash my car (and possibly vacuum it out, I think I heard them say) and I could use that once per day. So I decided to keep the subscription that month with intentions of going and trying the service at least once. I never did make it to that one location that offered it, and ended up cancelling it before the 3rd month charged. Cancelling was kind of easy. Filled out a form on the website and was supposed to be contacted with confirmation of cancelling the plan. I was not sent a confirmation email so ten days later I called in just to make sure I was not going to be charged again and was told that it has been cancelled properly and then told that I must have just missed the email. Definitely didn't miss it, but whatever, it was cancelled. Too bad though. I drive by their locations constantly and like the service for the initial price and special I was sold on.

Excellent. One of the two places in the valley I go to for washing my truck. The provided damp towels are the main reason I go since I don't have bring my own towels. It's also very well kept place overall.

Atiyeh came right over when he saw that I was having issues with my unlimited pass. He got me through right away, letting me know he would solve the problem on the other side. I rolled around in my newly sparkling ride and he took the time to fully resolve the issue that had been causing me so many headaches and I feel confident that the next time I roll through the check in station, I’ll have no issues. Grateful for his amazing attitude and helpful actions!
