Literally have to wait for my prescription which I would have had directed to another pharmacy had I known I would be de prioritized by an influx of customers. I was informed yesterday of a delay in medication but was assured would be filled this PM / due to in part being 1 day early + not in stock. Concessions were made and I opted to wait. Was assured this would be filled today but no response when calls are sent. Super upset at this experience. Happens every time

Lacey was awesome! I was told by another employee...I think a leader that my canvases would be done and came in but they still weren't done. I was picking them up for my cousin. I went in the next day and Lacey looked up the order and told me they were out of stock but that she ordered some. She followed up with me later that day and offered to give me a discount on my order and gave me rewards dollars. She delivered excellent customer service!

Horrible customer service/ my antibiotic was called in a week ago and still not filled. Didn’t charge my insurance on file. charged my card full price on file. Rude pharmacist and techs. Rude!! Will never get my prescriptions from here again. Boycott

Received a notification on my phone that an important prescription was just filled at this location. I left moments later and I arrived at their normal hours. The pharmacy was completely closed with a paper sign that said "No pharmacist on staff. Cannot dispense medication". Thus began a long line of trying to get my medication filled at a few different Walgreens which were also incredible busy and about to close. Please, if you're going to fill my medication, at least let me know their is someone there to dispense it.
