This store has the absolute worst customer service. The employees almost let me die from low blood sugars. Took Corporate 11 days to finally have a manager respond. Just terrible. Shame too cause my granddaughters loved to shop here. They xouldnt PAY me to shop there again

I really enjoy any Ross but I've been finding myself at this location more recently. The employees at this specific Ross location are amazing. They are always in a great mood and they seem to truly want to help out in any way they possibly can. Some of the shelves are still pretty empty, which is something I've noticed at most stores, not just Ross, but since the pandemic. Yes, just like any other Ross store, this location also has alot of their merchandise laid on the floor, off of the hangers, but Ross employees are not there to babysit us or our children. I'm positive their job description isn't to follow us around in the case we as adults make a mess & just don't feel like cleaning up after ourselves. These poor employees can only do so much in so much time. Despite the messy customers, the Ross employees at this location are always in a good mood and more than willing to help. Some of the ladies have even helped me when I have been there shopping alone, by sharing their honest opinion on an outfit that I was on the fence about and couldn't decide on. Overall, this is a great Ross store located in a really nice shopping plaza and I look forward to visiting this location more in the future.

I love Ross. However, I was browsing through tops and overheard two employees going through and scanning items in the clothing aisles. One said "I just hate how they come in here and wander around for two hours, go to check out and all of a sudden they're in a rush to check out. They know there's a line then get mad about it.". The other agreed and put her two cents in. I get it, we sometimes complain to coworkers because of frustration but they were very unprofessional- complaining about customers in front of customers. Why don't you stop complaining about your customers, get your store together and help fix your problems? I can't see myself going back to that location.

It takes a bit of effort to search for what you're looking, but it has a bunch of good offers. There's a couple of very good products lost in the bunch.
