Employee attempted to get physical with 2 girls after the were caught stealing. They were doing everything she told them to do, even agreeing to a bag search (they arent supposed to check your bag) but she still attempted to get physical with the girls. Zumiez, please train your employees better because this could’ve became very dangerous for the employee and the customers that arent involved. This is a huge liability.

I walked to the back of the store to look at boards after looking at the clothes and this lady who welcomed me that was so “nice” accused me a shop lifting which I’ve never done and she was being super rude for no reason like good for you stopping people from stealing but you’re stopping the wrong people. She needs to work on her customer service skills because that was just out of pocket and rude made me feel bad for no reason and so I just left cause wth. Train your people better I really don’t like being wrongfully accused.

My experience today was TERRIBLE. I will never go back! I was in the store today around 2:00 and a lady named Jess was working. I called the store tonight to find out who that was because it was such a bad experience. She was horrible. She was rude and did not act like she wanted to help. She had no experience in the store at all and looked way too old to be working there in my opinion. Usually when I go there is young adults who are knowledgeable and seem happy to be there. I have never seen this lady before and she has made me lose my business to this store as I will be telling all my friends as well. I will not spend my money anywhere there is a rude uneducated employee that seems annoyed by helping customers.

They are very nice people. I'm new to skateboarding and they really helped me by giveing me tips on how to use a skateboard and a little Basic knowlegde. Overall excelent service. p.s there is no zumies at tempe and the arizona mills one is ussally closed so I highly recomend this one.
