I want to say thank you to Southern Maine Renewable Fuels. We had a cold snap this week and I ran out of pellets for my pellet stove (my only source of heat in the house). I called and they made sure someone would be at the shop to help me. When I got there the woman at the desk was extremely friendly and helped me load the car. They will be my pellet source from now on.

The past 2 years we ordered envi blocks to burn in our antique 1910 parlor stove and they worked amazing! Ordering them and talking to Jim was very easy, and they delivered the pallets we ordered right to our driveway and it was all incredibly hassle free. This year we bought a pellet stove and I went to get pellets to try, Mark greeted me at the counter and is absolutely awesome! Friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and got me started with some pellets to try before I make a bigger order of one's we like the best. Every year we have an excellent experience with southern maine renewable fuels and I love that it's a local business run by local people that are fantastic to work with.

The guys gave me some valuable information and helped me discover what combination of bio-products was best for me. They went above and beyond to help me stay warm, in this notoriously cold winter. I also noticed while they were loading me up that they seem to have a lot of fun there. Great company! Highly recommend!

If you have never used any of our products, you will be amazed at the convenience, heat output and value of firewood alternatives. If you live in the Windham, Maine area, our shop at 354 Gray Road is open Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:00, and Saturday morning from 8:00-Noon. You can stop in and pick up but be a good idea to call first to see if they have what you want. Pellets this time of the year go just as fast as they come in.
