What a great experience we had at Canobie Toyota. We went in this morning 5/18 for a truck for my husband. Joelle found us what he wanted right away. We went back a few hours to pick it up. I have never looked at a vehicle and had it that same day. The service he offered us was the best I have experienced. Didn’t push and also didn’t go over what our budget was. I will absolutely purchase our next car with them. We are extremely happy with the service we received.

The dealership reached out to me promptly, and I worked with Jen. Jen's first call with me was professional, helpful, and covered addressing my needs for a vehicle. From there, we scheduled an appointment, and when the dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for in stock, Jen was able to locate an incoming vehicle that could be reserved for me that had everything I needed. During the month while we waited for the vehicle to be delivered, Jen kept me updated on the progress. Additionally, I shopped around with other dealerships, and Canobie Lake Toyota gave me the best deal for the car. No smoke and mirrors, or hidden fees, just came out first thing with a fair price on the car. My overall experience with Jen, and this dealership was spectacular, and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

Sean in the service department was amazing. He and Ramon have provided exemplary customer service to people looking to service their cars at the dealer for over 6 years. Although I did receive some sticker shock at the pricing, he reassured me after he said he and the rest of the service staff and mechanics would make the same recommendations to their mother or grandmother, as they would their customers. The sense that he really cares about giving good service, is more than enough to earn my hard earned dollars. This is not a paid advertisement. The service department is just that pleasant to deal with.

Service was excellent, recall was taken care of earlier than estimated, and Sean (the associate who took care of my service) let me know of another recall that I had not been aware of and had the garage staff also take care of that as well! The dealership itself was very clean, spacious, made sure it was comfortable for staff and customers to move around. I would 100% go back for any major service that may need to happen in the future and also 100% recommend Canobie Toyota/Honda to anyone with a Toyota or Honda vehicle in New Hampshire.
