I bring my car here for service fairly regularly and am usually always happy with the service I receive. What's extremely convenient in my opinion is that the site keeps all historical data on hand from prior appointments to reference for future services, so you have a true picture of the work you've put into your vehicle. I have had multiple service advisors through my time here; Cary is probably my favorite as he is super chill (although everyone there is) and is a very quick communicator when it comes to my vehicle service throughout the day - he is a great asset to this site.

Was having an issue with my new Honda out of state and getting it fixed. Made a phone call to to Auto Fair Honda and spoke with John & Andy, Both of them showed actual concern and resolved everything extremely fast! Also the receptionist was beyond nice and got me to the right people the first time. Would recommend anyone to Auto Fair with the great customer service they have.
