I was a bit concerned and confused about the rental process for multiple reasons, but he made it simple and convenient to go ahead and complete the process after addressing my concerns. I always go through extra space storage. they are good at communicating about fees and if there are any issues with the unit.(this was when I rented unit) NOW: we were told there was a lock and keys waiting in unit. When we first visited and it wasn’t and they said they would put one in. They said they would put a lock in there for when we came back the next time. We went back to get it and there was no lock and there was a tag saying the unit was ready to rent when we already rented it and on our account saying it’s on ours and the payment went through. Very frustrating because they usually do a good job but this location I would NOT recommend.

Storing your items away and trusting a facility can be stressful but the team at Extra Storage walked us through it all and made sure we had support and access to them for questions and help. I am happy we chose this location for storage!
