This is a great place to learn about the history of Sun City. The house that you walk around in, is the first house every built by Del Webb. Lot of history to be learned about from here. It's a must see if your thinking about moving to Sun City.

North of Grand Ave and west of 111th Ave
The Museum is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 pm to 4 pm. The public Grand Opening of the Gallery addition will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 12 Noon to 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your interest in visiting the Museum.
We have floorplans but not blueprints. I don't think they are available. When Pulte Homes bought the Del Webb name they disposed of most everything. Sorry.
